We aim to keep the return or exchange process as simple as possible.

We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. You have a statutory right to a cooling off period of 14 days starting from the day after the receipt of your goods within which to cancel your order for whatever reason.

For any unwanted goods please advise us within 14 working days of your receipt of the goods that you wish to cancel the order and return the goods. A full refund will then be made within 30 days of receiving notice of cancellation except for initial postage and package charges on your invoice. You pay for the return postage.

If you return an item to us, which is faulty, you did not order or for any other reason that is our fault we also pay you the cost of postage. If this happens, please contact us first and we will let you know how you should return the item to us.

You will be responsible for any return until they reach us. For your protection we suggest using a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
